For this event Harumi will be guiding everyone with 45 minutes of Yoga followed by 45 minutes of George playing the gongs and other instruments while Denise channels energy to the group. Donations are appreciated; a percentage of all proceeds goes to Give an Hour, a national nonprofit.

About the event
Come join us for a special and unique event; where George Monoson will be playing seven gongs, a variety of singing bowls, a crystal lyre, a sounding bowl, drums and other sound instruments. While you relax and bask in the vibrational frequencies and sound, Denise Knutson, energy healer, will be channeling divine energy to the group.
Donations are appreciated and a percentage of all proceeds goes to several local charities.
